I too strive for a Minority Report UX vision. Watching eyes move is a nice feature. I'll check out more of your long writeup. Cheers.

Ps as a compiler and language architect- I really like Objective C, it's so concise. And closer to Smalltalk syntax. Ifdefs and null parameters are powerful. I write hundreds of apps to try ideas, and works for me.
Also I really like the cocoapods framework, since we need a lot more modules to plug in to implement that full vision (whatever it is).

Also isn't Computer Science so cool! You get to invent apps like you describe.
